JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with Product Owner to determine and understand customers’/end-users needs and desires for validating and grooming user stories.
- Write down and maintain requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
- Design mock-up, wireframe, developing diagrams (UML).
- Work with the Development, QA and client teams to meet the acceptance criteria and product quality.
- Write user manuals, conducting user training sessions and tracking feedbacks
- Join regular meetings at night with product team in US.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of IT and System Analyst experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interaction and presentation skills with stakeholders and development teams.
- Ability to explain technical subjects in a high abstraction level so that business users could understand it well.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and conceptual thinker.
- Strong analysis, logical thinking & researching skills.
- Comfort with working across multiple streams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Experience in UI/UX.
Nice to have
- Have experience with large-scale projects, on-going production support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical competencies with an emphasis on product development.
- Have knowledge of Agile/Scrum Framework
